Trimmer World Refund Policy

At Trimmer World, we highly value your trust and aim to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. We guarantee that all products available on trimmerworld.com are brand new and unused. However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to return or seek a refund for a purchase. Please familiarize yourself with our Refund Policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Return Policy:

  1. We offer a 2-day replacement period for products with manufacturing faults.
  2. If you receive a physically damaged, used, or different product from the courier or delivery service, please notify the delivery person and, customer most provide an unboxing video of the product with the Trimmer World/brand sealed package. This video is mandatory for us to process your request.
  3. In case the product is entirely different from what was shown on our website or if the product description is incorrect, notify us within 24 hours. The packaging must remain intact and sealed for complaints to be considered.
  4. If you change your mind or mistakenly placed an order, you can request a return within 24 hours. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  5. Please note that items offered as part of special offers, discounts, cash back, or campaigns do not have a cancellation or exchange policy. Make your choices carefully.
  6. Charging backup can be more or less. The description of the product is written in the same way as the manufacturing company writes on the packet.

Note:

  • Product quality is determined by the manufacturer, and returns based on dissatisfaction with the quality are not accepted.
  • Returns are only applicable for items in good condition. Products that are heavily scratched, dirty, or broken will not be accepted.
  • We do not support software-related issues (bugs, improvements) as they are beyond our support policy.
  • Items with intact seals that have been broken cannot be returned.
  • If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for the delivery charges.
  • We do not have an exchange policy.
  • Minor mistakes in product images, descriptions, or information will be ignored as they are beyond our support policy.

Refund Policy:

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • If we cannot provide a replacement.
  • If you cancel an order before the product is shipped.
  • If the item is out of stock, and you request a refund.

Note:

  • Most refunds are fully processed within 7-15 days after we receive and process your return.
  • Refunds for credit card payments may take longer, depending on your bank.
  • Refunds for bkash/rocket/mobile banking payments will be added to your desired account within 7-10 working days.
  • Customer misbehavior may result in the dismissal of a complaint or delay in resolving the issue.
  • We appreciate your patience.
  • Partial payment/pre-order items are non-refundable if you request to cancel the order after shipment.
  • If a customer cancels an order after payment, a BDT 1000 penalty will be applied, and no refund will be provided. The remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

Warranty Policy:

  • Only motor service warranty is provided.
  • You can claim brand warranty during the warranty period.
  • We will coordinate with the brand/seller to address your concerns.
  • This is applicable only for manufacturing defects. Intact packet, fresh and unscratched items must be returned as received.

Note:

  • Typically the warranty does not cover: battery, charger, damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal use, damage from contact with objects, water damage.
  • Only motor service warranty is provided.
  • Warranty information is generally available in the product description. If it’s not mentioned, the product is covered by our basic return/refund policy.
  • We provide brand warranty as long as the authorized distributor continues their services. If the distributor discontinues their service, we cannot provide services or accept warranty claims.

Shipping Cost:

Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when returning items and for receiving fixed or replacement items.

Delivery costs are non-refundable, and we will deduct them from the refund amount.

How to Submit a Request:

  • To process your request, please provide your ORDER ID/Details, EMAIL, or PHONE NUMBER.

  • We may request a video of the unboxing process of an intact item from the Trimmer World packaging, so please capture and send us the video when submitting complaints.
  • Any misbehavior or omission of mandatory information may lead to the immediate cancellation of your request.
  • The return/refund process typically takes 7-15 working days, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Important Notice:

We do not accept orders from individuals under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, we strongly recommend refraining from placing orders, as we will not be responsible for return or refund procedures.
